In just experimenting... my first day on NOSTR. How on earth do I follow someone on Plebstr if I know their pub key? There seems no option to follow anyone except their 'recommended' list.

I haven’t figured it out entirely… but I found you and your message from your pub key. Not familiar with plebstr though
You have to go to their full profile page. It has a follow button.
An easy way is to see who others are following and add from there.
