i don't think Zendaya ruined Dune. it is never suggested in the movie that she is beautiful. if you have ever been in love you would know we don't fall in love with somebody because they are beautiful but because we bond over something. Her being a "boss babe" is of course a bit over-done but, i can still tolerate it.

on other hand that upcoming Juliet stuff crossed the line big time. nobody will watch it.

would more people watch Dune if it was less woke ? sure. but people still watch dune.

nobody will watch that Juliet stuff. that's the difference.
