My sons obsession with my Apple Watch is becoming a problem.

I’m considering moving back to analog and ditching the tracker.

I’ll probably only use it when I golf.

I've heard screen time for enfants under 20 months should be very very limmited. Some say zero is preferable.

The younger the kid the more harmful the screen time

Yeah that’s what it’s mainly about. I don’t like my son to be captivated by electronics.

Even walking by the nest thermostat he eyeballs it. 😂
