Might be a dead asic if not hashing at all. If you tried everything common and it’s not hashing contact the seller would be my approach.
I assume you already got another Bitaxe hashing ? If not the last approach would be to check if your router is blocking some connections

I've done all those things including contacting Altair the retailer.
Hopefully they don't charge me for the RMA. :(
