The companies are going to do it regardless of what the government does.

It'll never get better.

More corners will be cut.

Quality will suffer.

More bots / AI will take more jobs.

Employment rates will suffer.

Companies will always make more money, and the normal working class will pay for them to make their upgrades to phase them out.
