It feels like a big achievement to cook scrambled eggs in a cast iron skillet and it be this clean with no added fat besides what was left after draining the bacon grease. This is a not terribly old (15-20 years) Lodge brand that I've just cooked and cooked and cooked in. It was awful when I first got it from the cheese dad, butter would stick as the saying goes. Patience works wonders. #castiron #foodstr

Yeah, I just use a LOT of fat. Eventually they get to that point.

Sometimes I mess it up by cooking something too watery but whatever.

Just use more fats!!!!! Tastes better that way any the keto dudes say its the way
