Hot damn, who’s sending a transaction with nearly 900 UTXOs, approximately 300 sats per UTXO, but then spitting them out into another 900 addresses!?!

Is this some sort of coinjoin but with tiny amounts?? At first I assumed consolidation but they’re not all being spent to a singular address.

The miner fee is nearly 3M sats ($2000) for whatever this is 🤔
