First we develop a crust and some beefy bits

Then we deglaze with some vegetables, I have red pepper and green onion, with garlic and red chili as aromatic

When veggies start to caramelize and develop some sugars, add the beef back

Then cover with home made beef stock

See you in two hours for final result :)
