Was just listening to Trump/Tucker about the water restrictions, and thought how blessed I am. I couldn't waste water if I tried. I have three huge cisterns (22,500 L each), and the rain fills them so much faster than I (and my sheep) could ever empty them. Even in drought years I can't get to the bottom of the first cistern. The other two are in case of fire.

There are downsides. Mud season (5 months where the soil doesn't dry out) and black mold.
