There is plenty of help. You are not alone!
I had to hammer obscure commands like apropos in my head years ago for LPI certification. It can be used to search man pages.
But is there a man for help? :)
When I was learning git I had a bash alias for git-help-quick which printed a full page ASCII art of that famous picture of Linus flipping the camera off
