I tried to pay LN invoice from your mint but its stuck for over 36hrs.. Invoice expired 12hrs ago.. How can I get the sats returned to me? DM'd you but no response.

Do you have a support email? You don't seem to use Noste anymore.
We’re still around here and check in once in a while, but this account isn’t actively monitored. There’s no dedicated support email since 21Mint is a free community service.
That's understandable. How do we get support when there's an issue with the mint? I DM'd back on Oct 7 and got a brief reply 3 weeks later that didn't solve the problem. There's been no communication from you since then despite me following up with more information.
If you let me know the correct method for support I'll use it instead.
