It was trying to sweep 2 already spent/confirmed anchors. I had to rebroadcast the specific outputs using lncli wallet bumpfee. When I was rebroadcasting the txns initially, I wasn’t including the output # so everything was getting rejected by mempool. At least that’s my best understanding of what was happening
