Bitcoin is fundamentally different from BSV in how it handles data and validation.

Bitcoin Core nodes don’t index or display inscription content by default. The data lives in witness space, and it takes external tools — indexers — to extract and view it.

There’s also a real cost. Every inscription pays full fees, and Bitcoin’s limited block size creates a natural barrier to abuse. That’s a sharp contrast to BSV’s near-zero-fee model that made spam cheap.

Nothing gets shown automatically. If someone inscribes something illegal, it doesn’t appear on your node or screen unless you go looking for it with specific tools.

That’s why the CSAM concern is misleading. Bitcoin isn’t a content distribution network. It’s a ledger. What you see is entirely opt-in.
