As civilization develops, the intelligence necessary for daily life decreases, but there is a point at which human intelligence no longer declines. The intelligence to understand user interfaces is preserved.

If there was a super amazing UI, even monkeys would be able to do a lot of things.

Society needs new a mechanism for decision-making.

It would be nice if the resources freed up by civilization could be used for other advanced things.

I think civilization has such a wish.
