Are you using Desktop or mobile? Multiple clients? I haven’t seen this on Damus myself, but I have seen where my relay list changes from other clients that publish an update event. Damus reads the “new” relay list on Desktop when loading for me in the past causing that list to update.

I’m using paid relays as well so feel free to Q/A against my list to see if any of yours are in there.
