1.4 volts is the potential on a D-cell alkaline battery, not a human cell.
The membrane potential in your cells varies from around 0.04V - 0.07V, and since that’s between the exterior and interior of the cells, and they share a common exterior, they are arranged in parallel not serial, so you would could the amperage but the voltage would remain fixed.
That's not how electricity, stored charge, or energy work 😂
