I’ve been getting a lot of 💩 from different people for letting my zucchini grow “too much” because most people prefer them when they’re small and I get it but I also love making zucchini boats and this size for me is perfect. 😋

I e only tried the zucchini bread but never pickled, I will have to make them now.

I just realized I was actually thinking of pickled okra - and that's amazingly good. But pickled zucc is probably good too. Pickled anything (except eggs) is good.
