Shortly after I purchased all my groceries for a BBQ, and on my way to the fish market I had the opportunity to treat my daughter to some amusement park rides utilizing the original cryptocurrency. When people say you can’t use it, they are plain WRONG! Extremely liberating experience today, the future is now, and P2P cash needs to be used, not fucking squirreled away as digital gold!
Oof, on chain for a restaurant...may have made sense at lower price points but when meals only cost 50,000 sats or so they must have been getting eaten alive by fees, not to mention the obnoxiousness of waiting for blocks to be mined.

Yeah, I don’t think they utilize bitcoin payments much, or at least the employee was caught a bit off guard when I requested it as payment. Hopefully it was a good learning opportunity and this individual got some experience so next time they’ll be dialed!
