Yes, but keep in mind to always have an UTXO of max 100k sats remaining, in case you got force closed channels in a high fees season. That will be used for the anchors reserve outputs and you can bump the fees.

in the node onchain wallet one single UTXO of maximum 100k sats. You can have less, no problem it doesn't have to be exactly rounded, those sats are only to cover the possible bumping fees in high fees seasons.

No, maximum 100k. I think is mentioned somewhere in LND documentation github, but can't find it right now.
