I don’t think we can say with certainty that he was murdered, but claiming that the official version — “suicide, with no outside interference” — is flawless doesn’t seem reasonable either. There are many obscure points that have never been satisfactorily addressed, and it’s legitimate to raise doubts.
To me, this case seems to mix real failures within the prison system and the investigation with possible intentional omissions or at least bias. The “official version” needs to respond convincingly to the recent discrepancies — and so far, it hasn’t done so in a fully convincing way for many outside analysts.
