steering something requires a substantial fraction of the mass and energy of the thing... even a large dedicated nuclear plant that normally would feed a 15mln city would not be enough energy to touch what that thing has in it
I start with a basic question.
Is geoengineering factual or conspiracy?
they are trying, i'm sure, but i am quite familiar with the tech they have at their disposal... burning holes in the ionosphere with a microwave array mainly, maybe a few of them focusing on one place to pull open a hole through which extra solar wind is gonna pass down into the vertical and stimulate a low pressure zone and change the wind direction for a while
but causing a sudden storm that dumps a few inches and a storm that dumps more than a yard of water is a really big difference
I’m just glad we agree that geoengineering is a fact. Because it is.
How deep it goes from there is the mystery but my bet is on us regular folk understanding 1/100000000th of what tech is really available. 🤝
pretty sure they still don't have the level of tech that moved some of those big rocks in the pre-dynastic egypt days, so, yeah, i think all they have is what you can get, with 100x scale and energy
