The same thing I've been using. Kiwi Browser on mobile. Pixel 7 Pro. The past 3 days or so since indexdb was nuked it's been running fantastic. Zero issues. This morning. It's laggy and choppy as ever. I can't even type. I switched to yosup.app to reply to you.

I was only asking because I haven't got it set up on mobile yet.  I will give it a try now.  I am also using a Pixel 7 Pro.

Well, in that case, you'll want to use Kiwi Browser so that you can use the nos2x extension. There's two Android apps that are in the works, neither are finished yet.

Responding from my mobile. I am running the exact same setup as you.  Performance is definitely not as good as it is on my laptop.
