Relays do purge notes, and NB images have never been deleted due to expired subscription so far. So I would not worry about it for now. Chances are, your media links will outlive your notes 🐶🐾🫡
So what's the advantage of the subscription? (except the support of NB that hosts already sooo many files 🙂).

AI Image generator, organized media, full management of it, upload other types of files, creator page, media backed up to additional storage, browsing of all free uploads media, higher priority for CDN, any future dev work that will add more features and tools (editing, transcoding, private files, etc) 🐶🐾🫡
