If we build a tariff wall around the US but Bitcoin cannot be contained haven't we just build a very poor leaky boat?

Now: Bitcoin is too niche to make a difference.
If that changes, stipulating that tariffs are paid in Bitcoin would stop the leak pretty quickly.
