If all the cells in your body regenerate every 7 years, are you still the same person?

That question arouse from a paradox called "The Theseus Ship" which states that

"If you replace every part of a ship, piece by piece, until none of the original remains—is it still the same ship? Now, what if you use those old parts to build another ship? Which one is the real Ship of Theseus?"
