I'm a 43 year old white dude and live in Central PA. I've never heard anyone say jockin before. Our culture here is redneck 🤣 Sorry I haven't heard that slang before.

The only time I’ve heard it was in the song Boyz-N-The-Hood by Eazy-E so I can confirm it has been around since the 80s

I don’t know what it means though 🤣
