At the current moment employees & workers have more "rights" than normal customers. Cos they have the knowledge of what is happening within the corporations they work for. The security of the corporations assured by extremely tricky drafted contracts (I am so against that practice!). Also, that is the reason so many employees leave the biggest tech corporations & start their own small business. Why I truly like small business, cos it allow for amazing transparency. This is something that has been erased from the biggest corporations.
