Turned out great! I only forgot to grease the tray, so it stuck. Had to scrape it off,but it just made it more 'rustic'. Already looking forward to a 2nd attempt.
Thanks for trying it out and giving feed back. I forgot to put a dab of oil in the recipe.

You mean adding some oil in the bread mix?
I put a tad on the parchment paper and a bit on top to give some nice color
