Push ups are always a good first step. If you cant do alot in the beginning you can always do them at an incline. Like against a chair or table to get more reps. It’s also a good time to find something you enjoy to listen to while you are doing them. Makes the time go by and doesn’t feel like boring work.
Current form is like ~25 in a row 💜
