No. It's within 24 hours of the last reply, but you can only reply once a day (in my time zone).
The day changes to 21:00 UTC because I live in UTC+3.
So now that you last replied, the game will end 24 hours after your reply (~5:30AM UTC tomorrow) if no one comments before.
You can even skip a day(s) without answering, but then there is a risk that the game will end and someone else wins.
Hope this clears it up, I'm having trouble explaining this in English. 🫂💜
