Shouldn't clients be sending your contact list to all connected relays?

Gossip can do this. I feel like a Gossip shill on here lately 😂
I believe we need a gossip network for various aspects of the protocol, such as spam mitigation.
I think this is what happens:
2 months ago you save some of your contacts to a relay.
But you remove that relay.
Now when you add that relay back it sends you the old contacts and overwrites your existing list.
Really clients should take the most recent event that stored the contacts I think.
I think that would be great. It will reduce confusion on the follower count when using different clients with different relays.
