He’s buying with leverage so depending on the down payment he could have outperformed Bitcoin.

By my simple math, if he only had a 10% down payment, then his $40K investment compared reasonably well with Bitcoin.

If it were a 20% down payment, then bitcoin yielded twice as much.

I'd still rather hold the Bitcoin & live in a tent.

Brisket is right, it depends on the % down payment. But OP is Cherry Picking with high time preference. Better to just drop something like this with no comment. A chart would be better.
