nice. I never grew that kind before. it's giant in size but mild in flavor, correct? do you use it like regular garlic or do you treat it differently or have special recipes for it?
Yeah it’s milder, more like a leek from what I remember. I stopped growing it for awhile, but I did plant a few this past year.
How are they so big, what did you do ?
Lolz it’s actually elephant garlic, but I did weed them well & drenched them in compost tea 2X
Some of it is German white garlic, the smaller bulbs

I tried growing some garlic, planted them before winter and come spring the shoots were pretty good and was hoping for a good harvest, but some some animals trampled the plants and only got a few bulbs that are not that big.
Not much bothers mine. I plant in late November. Maybe next year!
