is there ONE actual client that allows to natively put GIFs using the typical GIF section of any modern android keyboard?

I use Amethyst on Android and Primal on PC, nop so far. I had to go Tenor find a GIF and upload it. Mastodon, I can just find a GIF directly from my keyboard on pretty much any of the client apps and hit send.
