Watched Kill Bill :The Whole Bloody Affair (2025), a revenge film directed by Quentin Tarantino. This movie combines Kill Bill Volume 1 (2003) and Volume 2 (2004) into a 4 and a half hour saga. It's presented as Tarantino original vision. The cliffhanger from volume 1 and the recap from volume 2 were removed and a new anime sequence was added. The story follows the Bride, a former assassin who wakes up from a 4 year coma. She is looking for vengeance from Bill her ex boss/lover and his team, the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad for killing everyone present at her wedding rehearsal. This movie has it all: Tarantino legendary nonlinear storytelling, sword fights, fighting across the globe, beautiful animation, multiple sequence shots and a soundtrack curated by Quentin himself, composed by RZA (Wu-Tang Clan). I've obviously enjoyed this movie. I've seen volume 1 and 2 in theatres when they came out. I've watched the DVDs of volume 1 and 2 too many times to count. Absolutely worth it to see the whole bloody affair in theatres, as intended by the director. Definitely the most entertaining 4h30mins movie I've ever seen. Feels like a 2h movie. The story is fairly simple and it doesn't take itself too seriously. It's like a comic book. A masterpiece. 9.1/10 #nodereviews

Whaaaaaat?! There is a new kill bill?! God im isolated!!!
Volume 1 and 2 together. Minus a few scenes (volume 1 cliffhanger and volume 2 recap) plus a new animation scene. New-ish. Just presented the way Tarantino wanted it
It would the first 4,5h movie I've ever seen tbh... 🤷♂️
Zac Snyder’s Justice league was 4h. The Irishman was 3h30. My point was more that it’s the longest movie but also keeps it very interesting/fast paced. I’ve seen many 2h30mins movies that are extremely boring
I was going to see it in theaters, now I'm motivated. I just need to figure out which friend still has an attention span 😂
🤣
Worth it for the new scene and to see it all at once (there’s a 15min intermission in the middle)
haven't watched these since they came out, might be worth revisiting. good review!
I actually never watched the bill bill series. Is this one the only one I need to watch?
Yes. It’s roughly the same as volume 1 and 2. Two scenes were removed and an animation scene was added
