Dear plebs,

Stratum V2 is one of the most important development efforts happening in Bitcoin today, yet it gets little attention or funding. Without it, the entire base layer network is vulnerable to centralization and therefore censorship.

Devs, please consider contributing to the open source project. If you mine Bitcoin or work in mining, please consider sponsoring for your longterm job security.

Stratum v2 is developed by braiins and is used in braiins pool (formerly slush pool) all plebs should mine at these pleb mining pools.

if there are engineers who could give tips on cooling set ups for mining equipment...

Home miners should almost always underclock. Especially if they have older ASICs. And to save on energy costs. Once it becomes easier, plebs should connect up the full stack to their node to prod use block templates to their own miners.

It also can be more efficient, giving a more per hashrate per energy usage. Overclocking decreases a little efficiency.
