In Russia you can exchange crypto to fiat in the bank or cash without KYC. Literally NOBODY is disturbing citizens there, unless they try to advertise or show off sexual perverted behaviour. I am not Russian, I have just been there many times and if it was not so fucking cold there, I would stay longer 🤣
