For those who are merchants or are helping merchants accept Lightning payments, what are the top 3 challenges faced as you/they scale up?

Mostly compliance interference from external actors, outside of the LN itself. Accounting, KYC, cash out/in for fiat... if we remove them... maybe some fail payment, but it's inevitable in the spirit of a p2p network.
There was a chap on Twitter that would have some good insight ( and a large sample size. )
Brian Harrington - he used to get merchants up and running, and did local talks etc.
I am unsure if he made it over here, and I no longer have the bird app to check / ask.
