🚨 Reports of 🇬🇧 UK banking customers being stopped from depositing as little as £200 into THEIR OWN ACCOUNTS

The UK really goes ahead of everyone in its WEF dystopia and globalism idiocy
This plus the double threat of bank branches closing all over the country at record pace. In many towns, the Post Office will be people's only way of depositing cash, unless they want to travel 10+ miles to the next nearest branch.
Personally, I think the best solution is to take out and use cash wherever possible and minimise your reliance on banks.
What are the details? Is it only deposits through the post office or does that apply at the banks own ATMs?
Looks like it's just the Post Office for now. I found this on the FCA's website that alleges money laundering is more common via the PO than directly through bank branches:
https://www.fca.org.uk/firms/financial-crime/cash-based-money-laundering
No doubt this is more likely because bank branches are rapidly vanishing all over the country than some fault with the PO itself...
As seems to be the British MO these days, it's easier to inconvenience everyone than investigating, preventing, and punishing criminal behaviour. Case-in-point, Right to Work, Right to Abode, Voter ID, etc., etc.
