Endometriosis, cancer, all the sugar based diseases,
and we still believe the golden cage of a big city income and life is worth it.

Cancer unfortunately comes with being human due to the way our DNA works, but there indeed a rising burden of evidence to suggest that the noise and pollution inherent to BigCity is detrimental to us in a number of ways. #health
My grandpa used to say the key to good health is a good honest bread with lard and cut onion and daily work in the sun. I'd stick back to that.
No. Not at all. Not in most cases. Too much sugar, too many carbs too often, and those carbs being covered in seed oils and pesticides, plus, I do think that the mrna experiments are leading to much higher rates of cancer than ever before. It really cannot be stressed enough that sugar is more harmful to more humans than just about anything else we can eat these days.
I disagree with this. Simple sugars in ample amounts is bad for the human body in a variety of ways, but considerations of cancers are not one if them. I disagree with the "seedoil" fads as well, with the exception of anything covered under the rule of thumb of EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.
We don't need poisons in moderation. In the US, the seed oils are drowning in both pesticides and harmful industrial solvents that are known carcinogens.
I know enough about much of the processing equipment to know that they are not testing often enough or in the correct process points to be able to get accurate numbers for how much of other of those classes of chemicals are in final products.
Again: in the US. Europe does have much better food standards.
Also:cancer cells can't really survive if ketones. Not consuming carbs is one of the surest ways to naturally prevent growth of cancers or even shrink tumors.
That can be changed, though.
