So I’ve noticed roughly one Sat fees on zaps from the Phoenix wallet, no mention of such on WOS. Is WOS quietly accounting for transaction fees somehow or is this some tax administered by Phoenix wallet for their own benefit?

I initially used Phoenix wallet and noticed the 1 SAT fee. WOS I have not seen a few. I’m sending you 50 SATs now to check it again.
