So there's a ton of either hidden content or utter slop that doesn't pass the sniff test
No idea to be honest and truthfully I donāt know how I feel about this. On the one hand, I dislike Spotify and see this as a knock against them so woohoo! but I also work in music and this takes work that was already not getting the income it should and puts it up for further exploitation. However, I much prefer pirates over fuckers that extract huge amounts of cash from musicians.
Its more than just average dude who isnt advertising, but those exist. There's the case of spotify having tons of ai generative music as well.
Yes indeed, and much seems to originate close to Spotify HQ and appears on a lot of playlists but I'm sure nothing suspicious is happening...
Pirates FTW! If we want a fair music market, we need a fair market.period. We ain't going to get that in comfort and convenience. But if you really struggle with the ethical dillema, just know that very few people will be able to deal with the amount of data in this set. We're not talking a regular HD you buy at the local electronic super market. You'd need something more robbust, like a data center. And hey, maybe someone will use it the same way Spotify bootstrapped their library using piratebay :sdpc:
Yeah no 300tb drives at PC World lol š
I'd be pretty hypercritical to be anti this move given my love for pirate radio... I just want to be in a place where we can earn fairly for our time, energy and creativity. Obviously something Daniel Elk is vehemently against but I'm against him and he's so scared he's had to invest in military hardware!
I didn't know that Anna's Archive also saves files different from books.
Sadly I cannot reach this version of their site.
