Had exactly this for dessert last night.
And how do you prepare it? :)
Pack of frozen rasp, a stubby box of cream, and muscle with hand blender. The ice cream machine is too much effort to clean.
This is a great keto dessert, every once in a while. I prefer blackberries to raspberries though.

Whole fat (goat, optionally) kefir + a bit of heavy whipping cream + frozen blueberries is another great combo.
Frozen greek yogurt, light drizzle of honey, some almonds, kiwi and blue berries.
