Definitely does not help. I run or bike in the morning, and meditate in the evenings. Just sit and breathe with no distractions. Helps to shed the stress of the day and calms you down in preparation for bed. Hope that helps! π€πΌ

Thanks ππ½ That sounds good in any case. I would like to set up fixed routines. And not just train occasionally.
New routines can be difficult to implement in ti our already busy lives. It takes discipline. But, if you commit yourself, you'll get in to it in no time. Also, a support system is important. Someone to keep you in check. ππ€πΌ
