You don't hate the police enough.
One thing I don't get about this situation is that if he was in the bathroom at McDonald's for a FULL HOUR, why on Earth wouldn't paramedics be called to the scene instead of the cops? It would sound more like a medical emergency than an aggravating trespasser if I was an employee there or the 911 operator.

Him preforming pressure points on his neck for not answering questions is assault. If he won't identify himself after committing a crime (he didn't but let's pretend) the only option is arrest and take in for identification.
The way he seems disoriented and getting frustrated with not being able to remember something screams medical episode.
Sure it could be drugs but that's for a doctor to figure out.
Fuck the police!
