Drivechains add unneeded complexity to bitcoin at this time. Bad idea.

As much for me, it may be a rather useful & really achievable complexity.. Good idea, in this sense! Other than in the form of a soluble alternative..

Yeah I'm currently in the URSF camp for drivechain, because I think its that serious.

URSF?

User Rejected Soft Fork.

Whereas with a UASF (user activated soft fork) where your node rejects blocks that don't indicate the miner made the upgrade, in a URSF, your node rejects blocks that indicate a miner has made the upgrade.

There are risks to doing things this way, but I do think the risk drive chains pose justify that level of action.
