I went limited contact from toxic family during this year. It's been somewhat easy, truly eye opening, but now that it's Festive time, suddenly it's just adding to the weight of everything that's happened this year. Emotional? Yes. Insecure and afraid of the future? Yes. Willing to go on? Yes!
