I haven't set one up yet, searching a bit on google and youtube for different guides. I'm following you now, and post a note if you make a guide 😄
I found it best to start with a simple (aka user friendly) OS such as #umbrel. They themselves have a guide in how to get started. I would however, get a 2TB HD.
