I thought he was saying given the total votes for each candidate, the likelihood of the percentages all being exactly .10000 precision was evidence it was generated. But maybe I misunderstood

I bust me missing a piece of information, an image of some pretext or something because it seems fine to me.
1. You get your tally
2. You do the percentage math of total tally
3. Excel will output depending on your cell decimal settings.
Not sure what else yāall talking about
The tally was generated from these inputs:
1. Total categories (2 candidates + āOtherā = 3)
2. Desired percentage breakdown (lazily, all given in 1 decimal precision)
3. Total voters
Youād have to play with 2 or 3, or let an algorithm/program do that for you, to get it to all work out so evenly.
