Going to try one 36 hour fast each week. 24 hours into my current one right now.

The more I fast the easier I find it, and I now actively look forward to it.

I’m careful not to confuse correlation with causation but my digestive health is much improved since starting regular fasting, and I’ve shifted my diet towards whole foods over processed foods to try and lock in the gains.
